Waste gas purification mainly refers to the treatment of industrial waste gas generated by industrial sites, such as dust particles, flue gas, smoke, peculiar smell gas, toxic and harmful gas. Common waste gas purification includes factory dust and waste gas purification, workshop dust and waste gas purification, organic waste gas purification, waste gas odor purification, acid-base waste gas purification, chemical waste gas purification, etc.
A complete exhaust gas purification system is generally composed of five parts. They are the exhaust gas collection device (gas collecting hood) that captures the polluted gas, the purification device that connects the pipelines of each component of the system to purify the polluted gas, the fan that provides power for gas flow, and the chimney that makes full use of the atmospheric diffusion dilution capacity to reduce pollution.
Gas collecting hood
The capture of pollutants usually refers to the control and collection of the air flow containing pollutants emitted from the open part of the equipment. Through the effective capture of pollutants, to ensure the surrounding good production and living environment, minimize the amount of gas transported and purified as much as possible, and achieve the highest efficiency. Gas collecting hood is a device used to collect pollutants, and its performance has a direct impact on the technical and economic indexes of local exhaust purification system.
The Conduit
Pipe inlet is an indispensable part of exhaust gas pollution control system. The pipeline system is used to transport air flow in the purification system. The equipment and components of the system are connected as a whole through the pipeline. Reasonable design, construction and use of pipeline system can not only give full play to the efficiency of control device, but also directly related to the economic rationality of design and operation.
Purification equipment
Gas purification equipment is the core part of the purification system. When the content of pollutants in the exhaust exceeds the emission standard, purification treatment must be carried out before it can be discharged into the atmosphere.
ventilator
The ventilator is the power unit of gas flow in the purification system. The ventilator is generally placed behind the purification equipment to prevent wear and corrosion of the ventilator.
